Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the exercise. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being lightweight day, and another heavy weight day.
